Encouragement Weekend Overview
Friday Evening Session: A
Friday evening session would begin with
Strategic Leadership Training for key leaders. Sadly only about 38% of
Churches do strategic planning. The Friday night session would address
the challenges that your Church is currently facing.
The evening would include mind mapping and
storyboarding. Two great ways for groups to collectively address areas
of need and plan and chart a new direction! Areas that will be covered
include-
- Worship
- Evangelism
- Ministry
- Discipleship
- Fellowship
Saturday Morning Session: The focus would be
key objectives for reaching the goals from the Friday night session, and
mapping out a plan, with the goal to provide three months of calendaring
for Church health in the before mentioned areas.
The Encouragement Weekend would conclude with a
concert on Sunday Morning.
Encouragement Weekend Objective
To prayerfully bring Encouragement to Pastors and Congregations,
and to leave with the Pastor and Congregation a strategic plan for Church health in all
areas covered by the
weekend.
